07/02/07 Trappist ale from fresh White Labs Measured 1950mL water, 180 grams malt extract (mixed dark and light), and 1.5tsp. yeast energizer into a pan and boiled. Removed from heat and placed in water bath to cool, still covered. Separated into 3 erlenmeyer flasks. Added 1/3 of a tube of White Labs yeast to each. Capped with airlock.
