12/07/07 Wit Yeast from White Labs Measured 650mL water, 60 grams dark malt extract, and .5tsp. yeast energizer into a pan and boiled. Removed from heat and placed in water bath to cool, still covered. Decanted into an erlenmeyer flask and added a 50mL vial of Wit Yeast. Stoppered and placed in closet.
