2011_03_26 Using refrigerated flask of starter from 12/30/2010 (Safale S-04 Dry English Ale Yeast) 2 cups RO water 1/3 cup light DME 1/2 tsp. yeast nutrient Boil water, yeast nutrient, and DME in pan. Cover, remove from heat, and pour into flask (didn't sanitize flask due to laziness). Cover with aluminum foil (laziness again). When flask is cool enough to hold, add vial of yeast. Recover and place in cupboard overnight.
