Safale S-04 Dry Ale Yeast
English Ale
Blue package stamped: 04 2012 DPB

Measured 650mL water and 60 grams light malt extract into a pan and boiled. Removed from heat and placed in water bath to cool, still covered.

Decanted into an erlenmeyer flask and added the entire packet (11.5 g) of yeast. Stoppered and placed in closet.
