When boiling stops, stir in honey with spoon. Covered and let cool for a while in sink with water. Poured ~100mL of California Ale yeast from starter Y5 into sanitized Rossi jug through sanitized funnel. Followed it with wort (~80¡f). Decanted some for gravity reading, then poured it back in after. Capped with airlock and placed in closet. starting gravity: 1.094
