01/07/2011 3 gallons RO water 5lbs. wildflower honey 1.5 tsp yeast nutrient English Ale yeast starter Heat water and yeast nutrietn in brew pot until it boils. Turn off the heat, cover, and monitor temperature until it drops to 180°f. Add honey and stir in with sanitized spoon. Cool covered pot in sink with cold water. When it drops to around 90°f, decant it into sanitized bucket. Add yeast starter and stir with sanitized spoon. Pour into three 1 gallon Rossi jugs. No funnel or filtration required. Cap jugs with airlocks and place in closet. OG: 1.058
